Our Chef Stefano Maria De Angelis Started working as a cook in 1987, growing up side by side famous Chefs.

After 20 years spent in many restaurants and Hotels in ITALY and his own home town ROME, he marries a Thai born Lady and moves to Chiang Mai where he opens his own restaurant "Da Mattia".

With his knowledge and culinary creativity Chef Stefano hopes to please the customers all.
